Thomas Wurst, Director of Client Relations Thomas Wurst joins Maasen Law Firm as the Director of Client Relations. Thomas worked for over 10 years with one of Arizona's largest consumer law firms with his primary responsibilities as a legal administrator to the firm's supervising attorneys in the areas of criminal defense and bankruptcy.
Thomas also worked for Milliken and Michaels handling receivables and pre-litigation for major commercial corporations. Thomas' main focus at Maasen Law Firm is assisting clients with the retention process and providing clients with exceptional customer service and support on behalf of the firm.
DeAnna Marranzino, Receptionist
DeAnna Marranzino is the first person to welcome clients and visitors at the Maasen Law Firm. Dee spent nine years as the core patient liaison for the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale. There she was well-known for assisting clients and improving their experience within the clinic. Prior to working at Mayo, Dee was involved in real estate and residential construction throughout the suburbs of Chicago, IL. Dee works with all attorneys and the entire support team of the firm.
Michelle Andrie, Lead Paralegal
Michelle Andrie is a graduate of Sheridan Community College with an Associates Degree in Business Management and received a Diploma with Highest Honors in Legal Assistant/Paralegal Studies from Stratford Career Institute. Michelle has worked in the valley for ten years as a legal assistant in criminal law and one year in corporate law, making her a valuable resource within Maasen Law Firm. Michelle works with all the attorneys. As Lead Paralegal Michelle utilizes her knowledge and vast understanding of the criminal justice system to aid our clients and staff.
Becky Hawkins, Paralegal
Becky brings over 13 years of experience in criminal law to Maasen Law Firm. She has handled all types of criminal cases, including death penalty cases. Becky’s decision to join Maasen Law Firm was due to her strong commitment to achieving the best for our clients. Her ability to connect with others as well as her ambitious approach to problem solving make her an outstanding contribution to the firm.
Stephanie Cannon, Client Relations Representative Stephanie Cannon joins MLF as a Client Relations Representative. Stephanie's career started in retail management with a strong emphasis on customer service. She also worked in the hospitality industry for the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa focusing on anticipating guest's needs in order to provide a memorable impression for each guest. Additionally, Stephanie's background includes experience as an Administrative Assistant offering support to team members and as well as clients. Her diversity, knowledge and customer service experience will assist her in providing exceptional service to our clients.
Leigh Ann Stumpf, Client Relations Representative
Leigh Ann Stumpf joined MLF in 2008 as a Client Relations Representative. Prior to joining Maasen Law Firm Leigh worked for a leading development company based in Scottsdale, AZ. Leigh also has 10 years of experience with a background in the hospitality, destination & meeting management industry. As shown with her extensive customer service history, Leigh enjoys working with and helping others to make sure each client feels comfortable and confident.
